Privacy Policy

Great Heights Learning is operated by ACDC Ventures LLC. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to greatheightslearning.com only. It does not cover information you share with us in person or by phone, and information about enrolled students is covered by your enrollment agreement.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone, preferred learning center, your student’s age, your city, and your message, along with the address of the page you sent it from, your IP address, and HubSpot’s visitor cookie if your browser has one. When you book a call, we receive the details you enter in the booking form, such as your name and email, and the time you choose.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used. It records your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you view, and it sets cookies to recognize repeat visits. We also advertise on Google. Google Ads cookies tell us which ads bring families to the site and let us show our ads to people who have visited it. Google may combine this with its own data about you to personalize the ads you see on other sites. Google explains what it collects in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in its Privacy Policy. The embedded booking calendar from HubSpot and the embedded maps from Google load from those companies and can set their own cookies and receive your IP address under their privacy policies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

Translation. The Language button in the header and footer translates the site with Google Translate. It loads only after you pick a language, or when your browser already holds your earlier choice. It sends the text of the page you are viewing to Google to translate it. This site and Google set a cookie named googtrans to remember your choice. Choosing English clears the cookie.

Addresses you type. The directions form on our location pages sends the starting address you type to Google, which suggests addresses as you type and opens the directions in Google Maps. We do not store it.

How we use it

• To answer your message and schedule the call you requested.
• To follow up about the programs you asked about.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To measure our Google ads and to show them to people who have visited the site.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information. Our advertising uses Google’s cookies as described above and nothing you type into the forms.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, and each receives only what it needs:

• HubSpot stores contact-form messages and scheduled calls, and sends booking confirmation emails.
• Google provides Google Analytics, Google Ads, the embedded maps, the address suggestions, and page translation.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps its server logs.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the safety of our students, families, and staff.

Children

This website is for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has sent us information through the website, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages and booking details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our relationship with your family. Google Analytics keeps data about individual visits for 2 months; the aggregate reports it builds from that data are kept longer.

Your choices

• You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@greatheightslearning.com.
• You can ask us to stop follow-up emails at any time by replying to one or emailing us.
• You can block cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works without them.
• You can turn off personalized ads from Google at Ads Settings and opt out of other vendors’ ad cookies at aboutads.info.
• You can choose English in the Language button to clear the translation cookie, or block the cookie in your browser settings.
• You can contact us by phone or in person instead of using the forms.

The site does not respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser, because there is no common standard for what they mean.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and the providers above protect the data they hold with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
