These terms cover your use of greatheightslearning.com, which ACDC Ventures LLC operates as Great Heights Learning. By using the site, you agree to them. Tutoring, test prep, and other services are governed by the enrollment agreement you sign with us, not by these terms.

Using the site

You may browse the site, send us a message, and book a call for your own family’s use. Do not use the site to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content, to collect other people’s information, or to interfere with how the site works.

Booking a call

Booking a call reserves a conversation with us. It is not an enrollment and creates no obligation on either side. We may reschedule or cancel a call, and we ask that you tell us as early as you can if you need to do the same.

Information on the site

Score gains, ratings, and reviews describe the experience of past students and families. Every student is different, and we do not guarantee any score, grade, or admission result. Descriptions of programs may change, and the enrollment agreement controls if it differs from the site.

Our content

The text, images, logos, and design of this site belong to ACDC Ventures LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. Reviews come from families. We shorten them and replace full names, staff names, and our former business name, and we do not change what they say.

Third-party services

The site uses HubSpot for messages and scheduling, Google for maps, address suggestions, translation, analytics, and advertising, and Cloudflare for hosting. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains what these services receive.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, ACDC Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Massachusetts consumer law gives you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute about the site is brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Changes

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
